The DLD Award is an official award of the German Amateur Radio Club (DARC) which is available to all licensed radio amateurs. The names of new award holders will be published in the DARC magazine "CQ DL". The DLD Award will be issued initially when the applicant submits evidence of confirmed contacts with 100 different DOKs on a single band. For each additional 100 DOKs on the same band, the applicant may apply for the next class of DLD.
The diploma is issued for two-way radio communications with 100 administrative regions of Russia on each of the 9 HF bands. Upon reaching the next result after 100 CFMD RDA (200, 300, 400...), a sticker is issued. Mode - MIX.

The German Amateur Radio Club eV, district, Saxony-Anhalt, issues this award for proven wireless connections after 1 January 1997 with members of his local unions out.
